10The Team:
Youll become a part of the S&P Global Market Intelligences Product Management team responsible for Gen AI capabilities including conversational AI tools on the Capital IQ Pro platform.
The Impact:
As a Product Manager you will partner with other Product Owners/Managers to define and refine the product requirements and collaborate with stakeholders from other departments to drive initiatives forward. You will work closely with your technology counterparts and the UI/UX team to drive product and technical designs identify technical and business dependencies and move the product development process forward.

Responsibilities:
Partner with internal and external partners to bring Gen AI product concepts to launch
Determine maintain and prioritize the product backlog and translate customer requirements into user stories that can be turned into features / products by the technology teams
Define stories and prioritize the team backlog to streamline the execution of project priorities while maintaining the vision and integrity of the product
Create a release plan in partnership with stakeholders engage with Scrum Team on delivery related activities ensure stories are executed within the overall release plan and provide clear visibility into work progress across leadership.
Obtain feedback on the product to iterate and drive improvements in future releases
Identify key opportunities for product improvements develop shortterm preventive or detective measures and work with our teams to quantitatively evaluate the success and performance of new and existing features
Keep up to speed of the competitive landscape industry trends and Gen AI concepts within the marketplaceto drive product decisions
Act as a product owner for a scrum team articulating business requirements and working with engineers to build and test product enhancements
Review and evaluate enhancement requests from clients and utilize feedback to build out the product backlog
What Were Looking For:
Basic Qualifications:
BA or BS in Finance or related field
24 years of product management experience
Strong conceptual understanding of Gen AI concepts (e.g. prompts RAG fine tuning LLM agentic & multiagentic workflows)
Working familiarity with roadmapping and issue tracking software applications and Microsoft Excel Microsoft Visual Studio and SQL
Comfortable working in a dynamic & everchanging environment
Comfortable using existing Gen AI tools (e.g. CoPilot Gemini ChatGPT etc.)
Motivated selfstarting willing to take risks and challenge current conventions
Ability to clearly articulate product requirements and their business value to technology stakeholders and developmentteams
Preferred Qualifications:
12 years of direct experience developing Gen AI powered chat bot product or Gen AI solutions within financial services sector
Direct experience in Investment Banking Private Equity or Corporate Finance
