Introduction to AI Monitoring

AI applications represent a shift from traditional frameworks harnessing advanced technology stacks featuring large language models (LLMs) and vector data stores. Our platform offers deep insights into key areas such as performance cost and quality while exploring user interactions and response details across AI environments supported by vendors like OpenAI Bedrock and DeepSeek.

What youll do

Leadership and Team Management

  • Build and lead a dedicated AI Monitoring team nurturing a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Mentor engineers attracting and retaining top talent while promoting diversity and inclusion.

Technical Direction and Strategy

  • Define and spearhead the technical strategy to enhance developer efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Set strategic goals with vision skills and tools that empower the team for success.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key opportunities showcasing team achievements.

Operational Excellence

  • Develop and refine processes to improve team focus and efficiency.
  • Enhance team and software health through regular evaluations and proactive measures.
  • Implement DevOps practices for technical environment support including managing oncall rotations.

Leadership in AI Monitoring

  • Oversee the endtoend deployment of AI monitoring features ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Architect AI platforms to support ML model production ensuring high availability.
  • Collaborate across teams to align ML initiatives with company strategy driving notable outcomes.

This role requires

  • 10 years of experience in leading distributed teams within a fastpaced environment with direct people management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to drive decisionmaking and inspire achievement.
  • Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies for project planning and execution.
  • Technical expertise in machine learning AI and software engineering preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience in DevOps practices technical support and managing oncall rotations.
  • Demonstrated success in mentoring and developing engineers across various career stages.
  • Proficiency in Python & Node; familiarity with Java .NET is advantageous.
  • Knowledgeable in UI experiences using React & TypeScript.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field focusing on machine learning AI or software engineering.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with big data technologies such as Apache Kafka Apache Flink and Apache Spark.
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch or scikitlearn.
