Senior .NET Developer ( MVC and MongoDB)

Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to join our technology team. This role is crucial for designing developing and maintaining complex applications using .NET and related technologies. The Lead .NET Developer will be instrumental in implementing CLEAN architecture principles and fostering innovation to achieve Synechrons strategic business objectives.

Software Requirements

  • Angular: Good knowledge

  • Multithreading: Basic understanding

Overall Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of robust .NET applications ensuring adherence to CLEAN architecture principles.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and deliver highquality software solutions.
• Utilize design patterns to optimize application performance and scalability.
• Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all software projects.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the development process.

Experience Requirements

• Engage in daily standups and sprint planning meetings to coordinate development efforts.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure highquality coding standards are maintained.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to refine application requirements.
• Develop scalable and maintainable code solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress challenges and innovative ideas.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
