Join a leading global Outsourcing/BPO consultancy as a Polishspeaking Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist! Based in sunny Lisbon youll support a worldclass digital advertising platform by building and optimizing impactful campaigns for highvalue clients. Youll play a critical role in delivering tailored advertising solutions that drive measurable success.
Location: Lisbon Portugal Hybrid (2 days/week in office)

Compensation: Base salary meal & relocation allowance
What youll do:
Implement highimpact campaign optimization strategies aligned to client goals
Analyse performance data and deliver actionable insights
Create keyword packs bids and budget recommendations
Build reports that support strategic marketing decisions
Optimize across Search GSN Mobile and Video platforms
Identify growth and upsell opportunities
Demonstrate innovation and continuous improvement
What were looking for:
Native/fluent Polish and fluent English (min. B2)
12 years experience in digital marketing (B2B experience a plus)
Comfortable with AdWords/Google Ads and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Fast learner with excellent problemsolving skills
AdWords certification is a bonus!
A team player with the ability to work independently
