Job Summary for Dynamics 365 Business Analyst / Application Consultant:
Gather and analyze business and technical requirements through workshops with stakeholders.
Facilitate requirements review and approvals from all involved parties.
Collaborate with Product Owners to define prioritize and sequence product backlogs.
Author and groom user stories identify dependencies and organize work production.
Analyze impact of change requests on existing business processes and recommend solutions.
Lead sprint planning backlog refinement and user story grooming sessions.
Provide product demos to stakeholders for final signoff.
Assist in transferring functional requirements to development and test teams.
Stay uptodate with new CRM releases and educate users on new functionalities.
Conduct system integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Certify new features through applicationlevel testing.
Specialize in MS Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Engagement especially within Banking and Financial Services.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of D365 Sales Service Dataverse and Power Apps.
Design and manage CRM integrations with thirdparty systems using Middleware tools REST/ODATA APIs and SSIS.
Perform data migration tasks including analysis mapping and harmonization using standard and thirdparty tools.
Customize Dynamics 365 CRM through data imports workflows plugins and administration.
Prepare use case diagrams UML sequence diagrams and process flows (Visio).
Write and present user stories conduct story grooming and walkthroughs.
Apply analytical skills for data validation and CRM configuration.
Support thorough testing processes including system integration and UAT.
