As a Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician youre the goto expert keeping critical building systems running smoothly safely and efficiently across multiple sites. Youre not just turning wrenches you re solving realworld problems preventing downtime and enhancing the experience of every person who walks through the door.
You ll be the frontline force operating inspecting and maintaining essential systems HVAC mechanical electrical plumbing and more. From rooftops to basements you ll keep everything from lighting to life safety systems humming with precision extending equipment lifespan and maximizing energy efficiency.
Respond to and complete preventive maintenance and repair work orders across a variety of building systems HVAC plumbing electrical and structural.
Troubleshoot and repair rooftop units split systems VAVs pumps motors and more to keep operations running 24/7.
Conduct routine building inspections inside and out and report on critical conditions that impact facility performance.
Jump into action for emergency calls and urgent service needs with confidence and skill.
Stay handson with building automation fire/life safety systems and other specialized equipment. Learn them. Master them.
Keep safety and compliance front of mind following all codes laws and best practices while maintaining a clean and secure work environment.
Stay current through regular training and help drive innovation and improvement in how things get done.
Youre more than a technician you re a trusted expert who keeps tenants comfortable systems efficient and operations seamless. You ll work independently backed by a strong support team and equipped with the right tools to get the job done right every time.
MustHaves:
EPA 608 Universal Certification
4 years of handson experience in building maintenance and repair with strong HVAC and MEP expertise
Valid state driver s license and a clean driving record
Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
Willingness to work overtime and oncall as needed
NicetoHaves:
Working knowledge of MEP/HVAC design and functionality
Experience with CMMS platforms and managing work orders
Background in commercial facility service or mobile technician roles
Dynamic independent work across diverse facilities
