Job Description
Job Title: Assistant Digital Analyst
Pay Rate: 16.65 per hour
Location:Belfast
Role Overview
Support the delivery and maintenance of IT and digital services across the council focusing on either Cloud & Server Administration or Cyber Security Support.
Key Duties
-
Provide support across desktop network cloud and cybersecurity systems
-
Assist with service desk operations and user support requests
-
Maintain and update system documentation
-
Ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
-
Supervise assigned staff and help drive service improvements
-
Follow all council policies including health & safety and safeguarding
Essential Criteria
-
5 GCSEs (Grades A C) including English (or equivalent)
AND -
Either:
-
Completed an ICT training programme
-
OR 1 year of relevant IT experience (with clear examples)
-
Desirable (for Shortlisting)
-
1 year s experience in server configuration or cyber security
-
Thirdlevel qualification in a relevant IT subject
Northern Ireland s first recruitment agency accredited by the Living Wage Foundation.
