Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Staff Fullstack Engineer (Typescript and React) to join our team. Y ou will work closely with our head of engineering head of design and head of product to build and own features end to end. This includes working on the frontend having strong opinions on where the data should live in the backend and giving yourself and the team leverage writing automated tests and good docs.
Requirements
- Developers who have worked on at least three production grade stacks and distributed systems with object oriented languages. We heavily rely on Typescript & React & and also have data pipelines in python & SQL.
- Understanding of Ethereum s architecture and familiarity with L2 solutions.
- Ability to read Solidity code.
- Strong computer science fundamentals particularly in building scalable and maintainable systems.
- A track record of delivering learning while delivering highquality maintainable code that facilitates collaboration within a codebase.
- You want to start committing code on day one.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience working on opensource projects.
- Expertise in designing for crypto applications.
- Knowledge of the Governance Ecosystem in Crypto (Eg. ERC20Votes).
- Experience working with EVM Indexers.
- Demonstrated ability to improve infrastructure.

Proven experience in AI/ML development using frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch. Experience with data analysis, feature engineering, and model optimization. Skills: Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning methods. Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) is a plus. Proficiency in Python and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn. Personal Traits: Passionate about using AI for mental health solutions. Open to feedback and thrives in a collaborative environment. Comfortable working in a remote, volunteer-based team.
