What Youll Do:
- Own the entire transaction lifecycle post deal origination right from business selection IM preparation structuring/pitching lender identification term sheet to disbursement and fee collection.
- Map and manage the regional and national lending landscape build and sustain strong relationships with Banks NBFCs Real Estate Debt/Equity Funds and other institutional investors.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and take responsibility for strategy and P&L for your region.
- Lead and motivate highperforming teams and ensure consistent execution and delivery.
- Build deep sectoral knowledge track industry trends and leverage data for strategic decisionmaking.
What Were Looking For:
- Qualified Chartered Accountants with 6 8 years of postqualification experience.
- Strong exposure to corporate finance debt/equity fundraising investment banking or lendingrelated roles in banks NBFCs funds or consulting firms.
- Ability to understand deal structures assess risk and drive transactions from start to finish.
- Excellent relationshipbuilding skills and the confidence to work directly with senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset ownership attitude and eagerness to grow in a dynamic dealmaking environment.
