Job Description
JOB TITLE: Team Lead Master Data Management services (Symphony ERP)
ROLE:
Providing MDM support for one of the largest retail customer in US.
Request management Support Customer Master Vendor Master and Material Master MDM
requests.
Team Management (Includes Process Management client Management and People
Management)
Manage and Maintain complete reporting system
Performance to be tracked and shared with management/client on regular basis
Manage KT and refresher session
SOPs and Project documents to be managed and updated on regular basis.
Build key relationships with clients and internal staff to effectively resolve issues and efficiently in
Item setup and vendor maintenance
REPORTING TO: Team Manager
PROCESS DESCRIPTION: As a nonvoice process we would verify and establish material
data in client database
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION:![]()
Graduate with 6 8 Years experience in Non Voice Process
Excellent written and communications skills (English)
Excellent Analytical skills search skills ability to approach problems logically
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/PERSONALITY TRAITS:![]()
Willing to work in CST hours
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent Communications skills (Voice & Email) to handle global customers
Ensure on meeting daily SLA s and KPI s
Handle escalation calls provide floor support
PROCESS PROFECIENCY:
Experience in Managing CM / MM / VM Team
Complete understanding of Workflow Upstream and Downstreams
Expert in any MDM tools (Symphony ERP) and support data update process
Utilize data from external provider to properly class MDM data components (product
category hierarchy subcategory etc.)
Submit new vendor product or customer setups change requests and requirements
Responsible for supporting contract lifecycle management of direct materials and
finished goods for NA Supply Chain
Able to write and run scripts using automation techniques such as Winshuttle
Collaborate and effectively followup with varying business units and sourcing teams
across NA Supply Chain to accurately enable sourcing agreements in multiple systems
Support for project implementation such as new plant integration/migration activity of
raw materials
Analytical skills and problem solving skills needed to manage multiple factors on a
program/project simultaneously
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in master data management and supply chain management
- Strong understanding of SAP ERP and S4HANA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible night shifts
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel PowerPoint Word)
