Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented General Administrator to provide essential administrative support for administrative projects. The ideal candidate will be articulate clientfocused and capable of handling a variety of administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Strong communication skills particularly over the phone are essential along with a proactive approach to completing projects and supporting daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties to update internal systems
Maintain accurate and uptodate client records and documentation
Communicate effectively and professionally with clients via phone and email
Assist with project coordination and followthrough to ensure timely completion
Prepare and manage internal documents forms and reports
Monitor and manage inboxes and correspondence
Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative work
Contribute to smooth office operations and efficiency

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in a general administrative or support role
Grade 12; further training in office administration is an advantage
Experience in a clientfacing or professional services environment is beneficial
