We are currently seeking a Client Account Representative to join our team in Austin TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships addressing client needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills attention to detail and a clientfirst mindset.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Maintain strong longterm relationships with clients
Understand client objectives and coordinate solutions to meet their needs
Prepare and present account updates progress reports and performance metrics
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client goals are achieved
Handle inquiries resolve issues and provide prompt effective solutions
Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvement strategies as needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field (preferred)
12 years of experience in customer service account management or a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Problemsolving mindset with a proactive approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools
