Signal Tru Brand is seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Event Coordinator to join our team in New Orleans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning managing and executing a variety of events ensuring highquality results from conception to completion. This role requires excellent communication skills multitasking abilities and a passion for delivering seamless and engaging events.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution including logistics staffing vendor relations and budgeting
Work closely with clients to understand objectives timelines and expectations
Source and negotiate with vendors and venues
Prepare detailed timelines floor plans and runofshow documents
Supervise event setup execution and breakdown
Ensure compliance with health safety and legal regulations
Manage event budgets and prepare postevent reports
Collaborate with internal teams to align event goals with brand standards
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Marketing or related field preferred
2 years of proven experience in coordinating events trade shows or brand activations
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required
