Sphirea Plus is seeking a motivated and detailoriented Events Assistant to support the planning and coordination of events from concept to completion. This role involves working closely with the Events Manager and clients to ensure seamless execution timely communication and outstanding guest experiences.
Responsibilities
Assist in organizing and coordinating events including meetings conferences and private functions
Communicate with vendors venues and service providers to secure necessary arrangements
Manage event logistics such as materials guest lists schedules and setup
Support onsite execution of events ensuring smooth operations and addressing issues promptly
Conduct postevent evaluations and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Maintain event documentation and assist in reporting
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Communications or related field preferred
12 years of experience in event planning or coordination
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
