We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Communications Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring smooth and effective communication across departments and with our clients. The Communications Coordinator will play a key role in managing internal messaging preparing communications materials and supporting strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing internal and external communication strategies
Write proofread and edit communication materials presentations newsletters and reports
Coordinate companywide messaging and ensure brand consistency across all channels
Organize and track communications timelines and deliverables
Work closely with leadership and other departments to align communication goals
Support event planning and logistics for company communicationsrelated activities
Monitor and report on communication performance and make recommendations for improvement
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field
13 years of experience in a communications or related administrative role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy in written content
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
