Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team at Next Comms Talk. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about both marketing and sales with a strong ability to strategize and execute campaigns that drive business growth. As the Marketing and Sales Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in developing marketing strategies coordinating sales activities and ensuring alignment between the marketing and sales teams to achieve company objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to support sales goals and increase brand visibility.

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns including content creation promotions and events.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and followup on leads.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and marketing materials for client meetings.

  • Monitor the performance of marketing and sales campaigns and provide reports on effectiveness.

  • Organize and manage events both online and offline to promote products and services.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients vendors and stakeholders.


Qualifications :

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.

  • Proven experience (3 years) in marketing and sales coordination or similar roles.

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles sales strategies and customer engagement.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • A resultsoriented mindset with a focus on delivering outcomes.
