Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team at Next Comms Talk. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about both marketing and sales with a strong ability to strategize and execute campaigns that drive business growth. As the Marketing and Sales Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in developing marketing strategies coordinating sales activities and ensuring alignment between the marketing and sales teams to achieve company objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to support sales goals and increase brand visibility.
Coordinate marketing campaigns including content creation promotions and events.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and followup on leads.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Assist in preparing sales presentations and marketing materials for client meetings.
Monitor the performance of marketing and sales campaigns and provide reports on effectiveness.
Organize and manage events both online and offline to promote products and services.
Maintain strong relationships with clients vendors and stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
Proven experience (3 years) in marketing and sales coordination or similar roles.
Strong understanding of marketing principles sales strategies and customer engagement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
