Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Akron OH. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service address client concerns promptly and ensure customer satisfaction by handling inquiries in a professional and effective manner. This role is essential in maintaining client relationships and supporting the overall service goals of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and inperson in a timely and professional manner

  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues with accuracy and efficiency

  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or servicerelated concerns

  • Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are fully resolved

  • Maintain knowledge of company services policies and procedures

  • Contribute to team goals and support service improvement initiatives


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred

  • 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Problemsolving skills and attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer systems

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
