We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Akron OH. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service address client concerns promptly and ensure customer satisfaction by handling inquiries in a professional and effective manner. This role is essential in maintaining client relationships and supporting the overall service goals of the company.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and inperson in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues with accuracy and efficiency
Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or servicerelated concerns
Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are fully resolved
Maintain knowledge of company services policies and procedures
Contribute to team goals and support service improvement initiatives
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
1 year of experience in customer service or a related role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer systems
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
