The mission
At Sociabble our Academy is responsible for helping internal teams and customers learn about our product through impactful experiences and scalable digitalized resources.
The Sociabble Academy delivers tailored employee learning paths via a Learning Management System (LMS) centralizes internal resources on a knowledge platform (Confluence) and provides ondemand client training through a customer communication tool (Sociabble Heroes).
As a Learning Specialist your responsibilities include:
Customer resource production:
- Producing and distributing resources (e.g. videos PPTs workshop/webinar presentations) based on scripts and briefs from the Academy Manager
- Updating existing resources (e.g. customer knowledge base)
Support the Customer Success Management (CSM) team:
- Tracking open questions from CSMs (via a dedicated Teams channel)
- Testing features on the Sociabble platform to answer questions
- Collaborating with the Academy Manager and potentially other colleagues to confirm test results
- Responding to CSMs after investigation and documenting by writing technical articles on Confluence
LMS administration:
- Adding/removing participants updating dates reading feedback and following up with CSMs
Qualifications :
The ideal Candidate
- With a background in the Tech sector youre able to demystify complex topics and transform them into clear digestible content for a broad audience.
- Youre good at turning raw information into clear useful and visual learning content like slides videos or tutorials.
- Youre comfortable using tools like PowerPoint Trello and video editing platforms like Clipchamp. Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) or AI tools is a plus.
- Youre organized pay attention to details and can manage several tasks at once while meeting deadlines.
- You take initiative ask the right questions and seek clarity when needed. Youre not afraid to speak up to move things forward.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Youre eager to learn dig deep into topics and deliver good quality work
- You are fluent in English and a basic knowledge of French is an advantage
