Job Description

The team is responsible for the consumerfocused marketing efforts of all Grab services in Indonesia including existing services like GrabCar GrabFood GrabExpress and newer additions like GrabMart. If you share our vision of driving Southeast Asia forward apply to join our team today.
Get to Know the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Associate to translate strategy into execution planning. You will deliver GrabKios marketing campaigns marketing offline activity branding and sponsorship then monitoring its efficiency. You will work with multiple stakeholders to ensure good Grab presence in nationwidelevel and competitor analysis. Reporting to the Manager you will work onsite in our Jakarta Head Office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Manage the development of marketing strategy to achieve goals.
- Collaborate with supporting functions (Creative PR Media Social Media Ops) to prepare content for campaign requirements and improve user experience.
- Manage communication calendar with Marketing support team to ensure that communications are spaced out and sent out.
- Provide regular insights around campaign and content performance.
- Conduct report of performance and campaign evaluation
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Minimum a Bachelors degree in any major
- At least 2 years of working experience in a related field such as Marketing/ Communications
- Experiences in marketing campaigns execution within relevant industries (FMCG retail or ecommerce).
- Capability to work with people at all levels to motivate and empower whenever necessary
- Proficiency in English both verbal and written
