Job Description

As Product Manager for Acquisition within our digital ecommerce domainspecifically in the Member Growth subdomainyou will own the acquisition funnel driving strong business growth and delivering meaningful improvements to the user experience. Your work will directly contribute to increased acquisition of members retention and conversion.

Youll be :

  1. Spearheading one of Europes most ambitious digital transformation initiatives in online travel. 

  2. Develop the best in class acquisition funnel to offer the best experience to our new members ;

  3. Driving measurable impact on companywide KPIs that directly affect our business.

Your missions 

As Product Manager Acquisition your mission is to own optimize and scale the member acquisition funnel across web and mobile. You will play a critical role in shaping a frictionless highperforming and datadriven journey from visitor to qualified member. Youll work within the Member Growth subdomain and act as the key link between product data tech and marketing teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will:

  • Define and own the product vision for the acquisition funnel (mobile & web) aligned with company growth and user experience goals.

  • Analyze and optimize each stage of the acquisition funnel to increase lead volume improve lead engagement and boost qualified traffic.

  • Leverage datadriven insightsfrom funnel analytics to user cohorts and experimentationto prioritize highimpact opportunities.

  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Data Tech Design and Marketing (Paid Acquisition SEO Social and Offline Media) to deliver endtoend solutions.

  • Align with CRM and media teams to ensure a seamless and personalized user journey across acquisition and reactivation touchpoints.

  • Lead the entire product lifecycle from discovery to delivery to postlaunch optimization ensuring continuous improvement of funnel performance.

  • Champion best practices in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) A/B testing and acquisitionfocused user research.

  • Elevate the quality of acquisition data working closely with internal teams and external partners to improve lead scoring qualification and attribution.


Qualifications :

You have 46 years of experience as a Product Manager Acquisition or Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) with a proven track record of driving business impact. You have successfully managed ecommerce features optimize for the acquisition retention conversion and user experience such as speed. With a strong ability to blend strategic and operational approaches you turn product vision into business growth. You excel at setting priorities tracking KPIs and delivering measurable results aligned with company objectives.

Youre attracted by new technologies and the idea of participating in the management of a products lifecycle fascinates you.  

You have a strong analytical mind you like to think and act and you know how to communicate your ideas and choices effectively based on data. Youre at ease with figures and know how to synthesize them. 

You are fluent in English and French.
