Job Description
We are looking for you as Tax Manager Transfer Pricing (m/f/diverse) to support our area Automotive at the location Frankfurt am Main.
In this role your key responsibilities are:
- Responsible for the contractual implementation of transfer pricing guidelines within the AumovioGroup in close coordination with the business
- Setting of standard and guidelines for the implementation of Aumovio transfer pricing guidelines
- Training of employees in all business divisions
- Enhancement of the transfer pricing system in AumovioGroup
- Support in M&A transactions
- Initialization and management of efficiency and automation projects
- Global monitoring of margins in the AumovioGroup
- Collaboration on transfer pricing documentation
- Support in field tax audits
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate (m/f/diverse) will possess the following qualifications:
- Degree in Economics Business Administration or similar including graduation as DiplomFinanzwirt or Law
- Several years of work experiences in a tax advisory company inhouse tax department of multinational entities or tax authorities with the in the fields of transfer pricing
- Good knowledge of German and international transfer pricing principles
- Solid knowledge of MSOffice
- Fluent German and English language skills (both written and spoken)
- Good analytical and communication skills as well as independent way of working
- Strong problemsolving mindset and commitment good analytical and communication skills as well as team spirit attitude
