Responsibilities
- Set strategic resultsoriented priorities for the office including communication strategies.
- Coordinate the teams work and ensure every member reaches their full potential and contributes effectively to team goals.
- Identify opportunities anticipate challenges and recommend solutions.
- Ensure alignment across the offices various functions: communications constituent services constituency office management and logistical organization.
- Advise the Member of Parliament on internal orientations based on political context and ontheground needs.
- Structure internal processes to maximize team efficiency.
- Promote a healthy work environment and foster team engagement.
- Perform other related tasks supporting the strategic management of the office.
Qualifications :
Skills
- Minimum of three years of experience managing human and material resources.
- Proven ability to think strategically and implement a vision.
- Strong motivational leadership focused on collaboration and performance.
- Excellent interpersonal communication diplomacy and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong stress management prioritysetting abilities and comfort in a demanding work environment.
- Bilingualism (French/English) with excellent writing skills.
- Proficient with digital tools including social media platforms.
- Discretion integrity and attention to detail.
Education and Experience
- University degree in a relevant field or significant experience in team project or strategic planning management.
- Degrees in business law accounting engineering political science administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
All prospective MP staff must obtain and maintain the required level of security clearance.
Additional Information :
Salary
The salary range is between $75000 and $100000 per year depending on experience.
