About you
We are looking for Fulltime Kiosk Store Manager to join the team in Chermside Brisbane.
The role
- Fantastic salary package
- Achieving all business objectives and targets relevant to counter retail
- Conducting monthly reviews to communicate objectives set goals and measure progress in addition to daily feedback and monthly team meetings
- Motivate and drive your team to achieve performance targets
- Proactively manage poor performance addressing attendance or conduct issues in line with business expectations utilising the appropriate procedures and support
- Assist in executing visual displays merchandising inventory stocktake ringing sales identifying potential loss prevention issues following safety and emergency procedures and other tasks as required
Requirements
- Qualified Makeup Artist or relevant experience
- Excellent customer service communication and organisation skills
- Experience in managing a retail team
- Excellent teamwork skills the ability to collaborate and inspire
- Ability to multitask and build relationships
- Open flexibility to work during peak times including evenings weekends and holidays.
