Job Description
This position reports to the Shift Supervisor and includes responsibilities in production quality safety cost cleaning communication and a few administrative tasks.
More precisely:
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Set up the auxiliary equipment (robots combo hooking conveyors etc.);
- Start machines in accordance with the procedures while making necessary adjustments (color mold types etc.);
- Troubleshoot when nonconformances of production occur;
- Oversee that machines reach the maximum capability at the highest production standards and propose alternatives methods for production efficiency;
- Follow all safety procedures in operating all equipment;
- Clean the work area and pick up personal tools;
- Fill out the required forms for repairs setup checklist and/or maintenance work orders;
- Carry out other related tasks.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- Experience in a factory setting;
- Skills in hydraulics pneumatics mechanics PLCs and robotics;
- Experience in assembly lines process and mold setting is a valuable asset;
