Job Description

As a lead frontend developer youll contribute all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating technical design implementation documentation testing deployment and support of innovative applications. Youll team with solution architects and developers on the translation of wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements and subsequently into technical design. We invite your thought leadership business savvy and ideas in this influential role where youll make recommendations for improvements and impact important technical decisions. 

About the team

The Logic20/20 Digital Strategy & Transformation team applies design thinking and nextgen technologies to solve our clients toughest business challenges. Youll work sidebyside with architects managers and engineering consultants to gain a 360degree perspective of the challenge at hand while contributing your unique perspective to develop innovative solutions.

About you

  • You value the customer experience and focus on what is possible versus what is standard practice in the industry.
  • You have experience collaborating with UX/UI designers and can effectively translate UX/UI designs into functional and aesthetically pleasing web applications.
  • You have excellent product instincts a passion for great app experiences a datacentric mindset and the willingness to do what it takes to have a positive impact on our customers.
  • You consistently ensure web standards are met and platforms are fully functional before delivery to clients.
  • You have a passion for mobile apps and emerging technologies.
  • You have proven expertise in industry SDLC best practices and delivery excellence.

Qualifications :

  • 10 15 years of experience as a frontend developer using JavaScript  and TypeScript.
  • 2 years of experience as a technical lead managing and mentoring frontend developers and conducting code reviews.
  • Extensive experience with AWS services especially S3 CloudWatch and DynamoDB.
  • Experience with Terraform and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience spearheading solution definition and conducting PoCs.
  • Excellent handson design coding testing methodology and debugging skills.
  • Ability to travel based on client and practice demands.
  • Ability to work in CST or EST time zones depending on client needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Consulting experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Power BI or SAP (Business Objects and/or Analytics Cloud).
  • Experience with Contentful Sanity or Strapi.
  • Understanding of federated modules and modern architecture.
  • Experience optimizing for SEO and ADA/WCAG compliance.
  • Understanding of software design patterns (MVVM MVC) in frontend development.
  • Bachelors degree in computer science or professional certifications in computer technology.


Additional Information :

At Logic20/20 we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package with a target base salary range of $145500 $175000 for this role. The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience skills qualifications and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performancebased bonuses and other incentives.
