Job Description
In this assignment you will work with the totality of the IKEA Growth Plan communication agenda. You will work very closely with the IKEA Growth Plan Communication Leader who has the overall responsibility and together you set and execute the communication plan going forward. You will also take lead for parts of the identified plan and deliverables and work in direct collaboration with business owners in the IKEA Growth Plan team.
Important parts of the assignment are to secure clear communication structures and efficient and timely communication flows within and across different IKEA organizations strong connections between relevant stakeholders and ability to package messages and content in a way that enables decision making and action.
The Communication Leader in the IKEA Growth Plan will lead the daily work and will report to the Communication Manager in Range. You will be part of the central communication team in Range where we keep the total communication agenda together and support and enable the business in all dimensions (strategic tactical operational).
Qualifications :

- Are passionate about communication as a business enabler and tactical tool to lead business and people. A good understanding of working with communication planning and execution with an understanding of how communication supports and increases the impact of a business agenda
- Have a strong receiveroriented approach and experience in working with stakeholder mapping and segmentation creating target groupspecific communication
- Have the experience and ability to turn complex topics into simple straightforward and inspiring communication
- Are handson structured and serviceminded with ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
- Are creative curious and solutionoriented with ability to take initiative create engagement and build trustful relationships with various stakeholders and a strong team player.
- Have great working knowledge of the IKEA identity tone of voice and an ambassador of IKEA culture and values
