Job Description
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing key accounts by building longterm trustbased relationships
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients understanding business challenges and identifying upsell/crosssell opportunities for Inetum services
- Anticipate client needs and propose tailored solutions that support their digital transformation
- Actively monitor trends and developments in the IT market to support client strategies
- Collaborate with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction
- Ensure project profitability and client retention through regular followups and business reviews
- Contribute to internal strategic planning based on client feedback and market insights
- Represent Inetum at industry events and through professional networks
- Achieve objectives related to account farming growth and profitability
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within IT consulting focused on farming and client retention
- Proven ability to grow existing accounts through upselling/crossselling while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Experience managing Clevel relationships and working in complex client environments
- Strong understanding of the IT market software development methodologies and technology ecosystems
- Familiar with RFI/RFP processes and service contract negotiations
- Customeroriented approach with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- French advanced level; English professional level
