Job Description
Smartkarma is seeking for a senior independent analyst to build and scale comprehensive ASEAN equities coverage with a particular focus on Indonesia and the broader ASEAN region.
Experience delivering highimpact datadriven research and bespoke client services.
Research coverage will entail:
Equity bottomup analysis: company tearsheets channel checks managementmeeting takeaways
Thematic commentary: economic & sectoral drivers across ASEAN markets
Valuation and relativevalue frameworks: benchmark comparisons and peer analyses
Eventdriven briefs: earnings previews corporate actions and capitalmarkets updates
You will also be expected to offer a hightouch service for select institutional clients
Qualifications :
- Extensive research and/or investment experience for institutional clients (10 yrs)
Proven track record and an extensive network across ASEAN equity capital markets
- Demonstrated ability to write research
