Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to be a part of an established yet fast growing category within the wider Frasers Group. There will be a focus on FLANNELS as it pivots further into luxury and contemporary fashion following its rapid growth across the sector. This opportunity will suit a passionate marketeer looking to develop their experience in luxury brand marketing in a fastpaced agile culture.  


Working with the Senior Marketing Manager Luxury the Marketing Executive will develop relationships with our Luxury brand partners working with each to create and bring to life seasonal marketing campaigns to support the buy drive brand awareness and product sellthrough as well as developing and driving the FLANNELS calendar and brand. 
The responsibility.
You will support the team to coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns for FLANNELS and our brand partners. You will work collaboratively with internal functions including the Commercial Creative Social Digital PR ECommerce and Retail teams to deliver and implement compelling and inspirational brand marketing campaigns and experiences that drive brand awareness sales and ROI.

  • Support relationships with all key business partners and brands acting as an ambassador and marketing expert for Luxury brands within FLANNELS. 
  • Assist the team with the coordination and delivery of FLANNELS marketing campaigns working alongside the Senior Marketing Manager to input into campaign briefs to ensure business and brand objectives are translated into compelling creative campaigns. You will attend shoots (when applicable) to ensure appropriate content is captured and fit for purpose.
  • Work crossfunctionally with key channels such as Commercial Creative Social Digital PR ECommerce and Retail to ensure seamless implementation of marketing campaigns and messaging. 
  • Maintain strong relationships with the Commercial team and attend brand partner meetings. You will ensure knowledge of key brand moments upcoming collections and product launches are logged in the FLANNELS calendar and communicated across channels in line with allocated launch dates. 
  • Assist in collating brand assets and ensure each channel has the relevant assets needed to support upcoming brand activity across FLANNELS owned channels. 
  • Use your knowledge of brand ranges and upcoming product launches to advise on the most commercial products to feature in FLANNELS creative content. 
  • Work alongside the Senior Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing to ensure brand buy in and associated investment is brought into each FLANNELS campaign to maximise brand extension moments by proactively pitching to brand partners and identifying opportunities. You will assist in preparing presentations for brand pitches and collating samples needed for FLANNELS shoots. 
  • Work closely with the Retail team to oversee instore activations with our brand partners with support from the Senior Marketing Manager Luxury. 
  • Ensure the FLANNELS marketing calendar is kept up to date with both FLANNELS and brand partner activity.
  • Take ownership of any administrative support for the department including managing invoices and POs.
  • Lead on gathering the relevant information needed to build wrap up decks for brand partner campaigns. Work with relevant teams to summarise campaign activity identify learnings and make recommendations for future campaigns. Ensure learnings are communicated and implemented in future initiatives.
  • As we grow there may be the requirement to work across other fascias within the business including the likes of (but not limited to) Gieves and Hawkes and 18montrose.
     

Qualifications :

What we are looking for:

  • Marketing qualification degree level or equivalent preferable but not essential
  • Keen interest in luxury fashion and the retail industry
  • Strong knowledge of marketing channels and project management skills
  • Excellent relationship building/interpersonal skills
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Brilliant brand marketeer
  • Demonstrates attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst working to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced and exciting environment
  • Previous experience in the retail or fashion sectors
