In this role you will guide clients through the full CRM lifecyclefrom requirements gathering and solution design to configuration integration testing and golive support. You will leverage deep SAP CX expertise to deliver bestinclass customer relationship management solutions that drive engagement loyalty and business growth. Required Skills & Qualifications 1 SAP CX Expertise: Minimum 35 years of handson experience implementing SAP CRM and SAP C/4HANA (Sales Service Marketing Commerce). Indepth knowledge of the SAP Customer Experience suite module interdependencies and roadmaps. 2Functional & Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of CRM business processes: leadtocash servicetoresolution campaign management and omnichannel commerce. Experience with configuration of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or SAP Process Integration (PI). 3Project Delivery & Methodology: Proven track record in fulllifecycle implementations (Agile and Waterfall). Excellent requirement gathering solution design and documentation skills. 4Analytical & ProblemSolving Abilities: Ability to analyze complex business challenges and propose scalable futureproof solutions. Datadriven mindset with a focus on metrics and KPIs.
