Job Description
- Organize and complete the following works: cost plan estimate preparation of BOQ tender and contract documents review and negotiate for change order and final account etc.
- Take charge of both tender and posttender queries change order negotiation final account reviewing and attending related project meetings etc.
- Liaise directly with clients consultants and contractors cost engineers.
Qualifications :
- Diploma or above major in project costing construction management or other related disciplines.
- At least 3 years working experience in cost consultation and building & construction industry.
- Familiar with method of measurements code of valuation with bill of quantity works quantities pricing software and drawing measurement software.
- Possess Chartered Cost Engineer Certificate or related professional certificates.
- Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English.
