Job Description
In this energetic and engaging role based in Head Office you will bring the GYG culture to life providing highquality guest experiences managing and resolving guest enquiries. It is a highly collaborative role which requires building and maintaining positive relationships on behalf of the brand with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to Guests Franchisees Crew members & Guest Experience team.
Reporting to the Guest Experience Manager this role will see you assisting in a diverse range of Guest Experience activities from administrative and general support for the Guest Experience team to assuming ownership and managing all aspects of assigned project based work.
This role will suit an individual that is passionate about Guest Experience and is motivated to promote GYGs values and display energy and enthusiasm for the unique brand.
Please note this is a Part Time role 4 days a week
