Job Description
Join us as Supply Chain Coordinator Export Intern at our international headquarters in Utrecht starting in September 2025. In this internship you will support the Customer Service Export team and assist in coordinating the operational logistics between JDEs internal organization service providers and international distributors.
Your key activities will be:
- Managing the full ordertocash process for international distributors;
- Identifying potential risks and implementing proactive solutions;
- Supporting service level optimization and supply chain process improvements;
- Collaborating with logistics and commercial stakeholders;
- Creating weekly and monthly reports;
- Participating in team initiatives and process enhancement projects.

Qualifications :

Heres what were looking for:
- Academic Program: You are enrolled in a BSc or MSc program for the entirety of the internship preferably in Supply Chain Management Logistics International Business or a related field.
- Skillset: You possess strong MS Office skills and fluent proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Personal traits: You are proactive structured communicative and thrive in a fastpaced international environment. You can work both independently and collaboratively.
- Commitment: You are ready to dedicate at least 5 months to this internship preferably from September 2025 to January/February 2026.
- Availability: You are available for 45 days per week including at least three days inoffice with flexibility for one or two remote days.
To ensure your eligibility please confirm:
- Your internship is part of your study program and contributes to academic results;
- Your educational institution is willing to sign a collaboration agreement with JDE Peets;
- You are either an EU/EEA student residing in the Netherlands or a nonEU/EEA student enrolled and living in the Netherlands during your internship.
