The primary responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator will be to drive revenue to the property by supporting the hotels social media platforms thirdparty marketing newsletters and email marketing the gift voucher platform and maintaining our digital platforms under the guidance of the Senior Marketing & Digital Content Executive and the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing:
- Play an integral role in enhancing the hotels visibility by ensuring each outlets story is consistent across all channels both online and offline.
- Act as a Brand Guardian for the hotel responsible for ensuring brand consistency and accuracy across the hotel and restaurant websites.
- Conduct regular quality assurance audits on the hotels descriptive content and images to ensure consistency across all channels and alignment with the brand website.
- In collaboration with the Marketing Manager monitor implement and execute the propertys active presence on all social media platforms to maximize online exposure. This includes content planning publishing channel moderation conversation engagement paid advertising and performance reporting.
- Assist in selecting KOL influencers journalist in collaboration with DOSM/Commercial Director to ensure relevance of the barters granted.
- Monitor and develop newsletters and promotions targeted to our databases.
- Research and drive marketing automation projects.
- Monitor marketing activities and contribute to weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Assist with the creative direction planning and execution of photoshoots and videoshoots.
- Work closely with the PR agency to generate ideas review press releases and coordinate press influencer and filming requests.
- Submit marketing offers and promotional materials to local partners associations thirdparty platforms and luxury agencies.
- Revamp marketing collateral in line with brand guidelines.
- Design: Proficient in InDesign Photoshop PowerPoint and Canva.
Administrative:
- Contribute to the preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
- Liaise effectively with all hotel departments including Front Office Concierge Guest Relations Reservations Revenue Manager Conference and Events Sales Sales Team Director of Operations F&B Kitchen Room Service Housekeeping Spa and the General Managers office.
- Develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with clients and key suppliers (e.g. CommuniGator Delphi printers) while adhering to current departmental guidelines.
- Attend weekly and monthly sales and marketing meetings.
- Attend monthly F&B marketing meetings.
- Present Photoshoot & Videoshoot plan in advance
Miscellaneous:
- Delegate tasks and assist colleagues in performing similar or related duties.
- Accept a flexible work schedule as necessary to ensure uninterrupted service to hotel guests.
- Keep your work area and materials clean tidy and in good condition; report any defective materials or equipment to the Director of Sales and Marketing (DOSM).
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times adhering to the highest standards of business attire and grooming in line with company policy.
- Consistently present yourself and act in a professional manner.
- Continuously seek to enhance and improve your knowledge of your job function.
Guest Service responsibilities:
- Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to requests and inquiries courteously and efficiently.
- Work closely with other departments on VIP arrivals and assist in providing accommodation and fulfilling special requests.
- Develop and maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients following current departmental guidelines.
- Achieve the required guest satisfaction levels by adhering to preset departmental SOPs.
