Job Description
- Provide strategic HR leadership including coaching guidance and change management support to align with organizational values and compliance requirements
- Oversee talent acquisition retention and development processes including recruitment onboarding performance management and succession planning
- Manage employee relations including investigations disciplinary issues and fostering an inclusive workplace culture that supports engagement and belonging
- Lead and mentor the HR team to deliver highquality operational support across various HR processes and initiatives
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen HR strategies and programs.
- Collaborate with Payroll and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely management of employee data and related processes
Qualifications :
- Postsecondary degree diploma or certification in Human Resources Management
- 5 years progressive experience in a Human Resources role
- Experience working in a unionized environment an asset
- CHRP in progress or completed an asset
- Working knowledge of Canadian HR legislation
- Previous experience with an HRIS and ATS
