Job Description

  • Provide strategic HR leadership including coaching guidance and change management support to align with organizational values and compliance requirements
  • Oversee talent acquisition retention and development processes including recruitment onboarding performance management and succession planning
  • Manage employee relations including investigations disciplinary issues and fostering an inclusive workplace culture that supports engagement and belonging
  • Lead and mentor the HR team to deliver highquality operational support across various HR processes and initiatives
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen HR strategies and programs.
  • Collaborate with Payroll and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely management of employee data and related processes

Qualifications :

  • Postsecondary degree diploma or certification in Human Resources Management
  • 5 years progressive experience in a Human Resources role
  • Experience working in a unionized environment an asset
  • CHRP in progress or completed an asset 
  • Working knowledge of Canadian HR legislation
  • Previous experience with an HRIS and ATS
