Were looking for an experienced Workday HCM Consultant to help us elevate and streamline our HR systems. If youre passionate about Workday and want to make a real impact in a company that values innovation and collaboration wed love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and optimize Workday HCM modules (Core HR Compensation Payroll depending on your area of expertise).
Partner closely with HR and IT teams to improve workflows and solve systemrelated issues.
Lead system upgrades testing and the rollout of new Workday features.
Maintain clear documentation of system configurations and business processes.
Provide training and support to endusers to boost adoption and confidence in the platform.
Qualifications & Skills:
2 years of handson experience with Workday HCM (at least one module: Core HR Compensation or Payroll).
Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance standards.
Analytical mindset with a problemsolving approach.
Excellent communication skills and experience working across departments.
Bachelors degree in HR IT Business Administration or a related field.
Workday certification is a plus but not a dealbreaker.
