Job Description
Ecolab is looking for an experienced full stack developer to be part of a dynamic team thats at the forefront of technological innovation. Were leveraging cuttingedge AI to create novel solutions that optimize operations for our clients particularly within the restaurant industry. Our work is transforming how restaurants operate making them more efficient and sustainable.
This role can be in our St. Paul MN or Naperville IL office and will follow companys hybrid policy. No remote option available for this role at this time.

What You Will Do:
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable and highperformance applications using .NET Core or Python
- Review the design of endtoend solutions with Azure services including Azure Data Factory Azure Storage (Blob Storage) and Azure SQL/NoSQL Databases
- Proven experience in a leadership or mentorship role with a passion for developing talent and fostering growth
- Utilize expertise in frontend technologies such as SCSS CSS React Streamlit or Flask to create responsive and userfriendly web interfaces
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze system requirements and translate them into technical specifications for new application features and enhancements
- Contribute to architectural and technical decisions and provide expertise in code reviews to ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications by implementing version control (Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices
- Contribute to the creation of new solutions and troubleshoot / optimize existing solutions to improve performance and reliability
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree and 5 years experience; or no degree and 9 years combined education and equivalent work experience
- 5 years of experience in full stack development or similar position
- Solid programming skills in .Net Core or Python React and SQL relational / NoSQL document databases
- Proficiency in utilizing various IDEs such as Jupyter notebooks or Visual Studio code
- Experience in Azure Services such as Azure Data Factory Azure SQL Database Cosmos DB Azure DevOps and Azure Data Directory
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD practices
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with earlystage product development
- Proven track record of deploying products in dynamic environments
- Interest in collaborating with partners outside of core team / organization (including SMEs in computer Vision AI)
- Ability to wear multiple hats and plug into different roles as product develops
- Desire to be in a fastmoving agile environment with willingness to adjust quickly
- Openness to experimental approaches typical of tech startups
- Willingness to learn new skills and technical languages as needed
