Job Description

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team!

Hours for this position are generally 7 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday with a Saturday rotation from 7 am 12 pm.

As a Customer Service Specialist your primary responsibility is supporting our customers with their automotive needs in person by phone and by email. We are looking for someone who can provide positive customer interactions with genuine respect and courtesy. Listening to descriptions of problems or services needed. Assist with preparing repair orders estimates of repairs or services and other miscellaneous duties. Attention to detail and following through are essential to this position.

We have inhouse training available for an individual who is selfmotivated willing to learn and looking for a career in automotive customer service.

Essential Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Consistent regular attendance
  • Advise customers about necessary services for routine maintenance in accordance with the manufacturers specifications
  • Interact with customers in person over the phone and by email
  • Prepare repair orders/invoices for customers and estimates of service for needed repairs
  • Schedule service appointments
  • Pick up and delivery of customer vehicles
  • Address customer questions concerns and complaints

Qualifications

  • Desire to provide excellent customer service driven to help serve others
  • Willingness to learn and excel at your career goals
  • Valid Drivers License with a good driving record
