The Commercial & Strategy Analyst supports regional leadership by delivering financial insights driving strategic initiatives and championing continuous improvement to optimize performance and profitability across the Markets group.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Partner with regional leadership to deliver accurate forecasting budgeting and variance analysis to support strategic decisionmaking.
    • Analyze business performance identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve financial outcomes.
    • Maintain and optimize financial models ensuring accuracy of revenue costs expenses KPIs and workforce data.
    • Prepare executivelevel presentations for leadership reviews and strategic planning sessions.
    • Collaborate crossfunctionally to understand budget variances and continuously enhance financial processes and models.
    • Support S&OP integration and inventory management forecasting improvements.
    • Lead risk and opportunity assessments to drive shortterm profitability.
    • Manage commercial terms data to maximize contribution margin while balancing operational efficiency.
    • Represent North America in global business intelligence (BI) and process improvement initiatives.
    • Support planning cycles including annual budgets rolling forecasts and 3year strategic plans.
    • Champion continuous improvement in reporting modeling and financial accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience:

    • 35 years of experience in financial analysis business planning or commercial finance.
    • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or a related field.
    • Proven experience in fastpaced complex organizations.
    • Advanced Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP SUMIF Pivot Tables INDIRECT).
    • Strong financial modeling and data analysis capabilities.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (preferred).

    • Timely accurate delivery of forecasts and variance analysis.
    • Effective tracking and reporting of key financial and operational KPIs.
    • Trusted advisor to leadership through impactful insights and highquality outputs.
    • Continuous improvement of financial planning processes and tools.
    • Strong alignment with global finance and BI initiatives to drive value across the region.

    • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with modern data platforms a plus.
    • Agile and adaptable in a matrixed fastchanging environment.
$118000 $135000 a year
The annual base salary range for this position is based on the candidates experience qualifications and skill set. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
