Job Description
Intern Description:
SUMMARY:
A summer intern will be responsible for assisting in the daytoday operations of the real estate department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The intern will gain a basic understanding of the railroad industry including industry structure and some competitive dynamics.
The intern will also gain an understanding of G&Ws processes procedures and systems.
Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Effective oral and written communication skills
Experience or interest in automation agents or data analytics (Power Automate Power Apps PowerBI etc.)
Excellent critical thinking and problemsolving skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to interact effectively with all levels and continue to maintain a high level of objectivity and independence
Selfstarter
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR CREDENTIALS:
Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree
Must have a valid drivers license
