Are you a detailoriented and customerfocused individual with a passion for the automotive industry New Motors a trusted dealership since 1971 is looking for a Parts Counter Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic and fastpaced dealership serving Subaru Volkswagen and BMW customers.
What Youll Do:
Assist retail and wholesale customers in selecting and purchasing the correct parts and accessories
Accurately look up parts using electronic catalog systems and VIN decoding
Process orders returns and special requests promptly and efficiently
Communicate with service technicians to ensure timely delivery of parts
Maintain inventory accuracy
Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients
What Were Looking For:
Previous parts counter or automotive experience preferred
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and parts
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a teamoriented environment
Basic computer proficiency (DMS or inventory software experience a plus)
A positive attitude and desire to grow within the company
