The Digital Analyst Manager plays a key role in driving datainformed decisionmaking by collecting analyzing and reporting on digital performance metrics across various online platforms. This role supports the overall digital strategy by providing actionable insights to enhance marketing effectiveness user engagement and conversion rates. Collaborating closely with the Senior Digital Analyst Manager this position contributes to optimizing digital campaigns and elevating the overall digital experience to drive revenue growth.
Key Accountabilities
Digital Data Collection & Reporting
Gather organize and analyze data from global websites digital marketing campaigns social media and ecommerce platforms.
Develop and maintain weekly reports to track key performance indicators including revenue traffic engagement conversions and campaign effectiveness.
Monitor user behavior and trends delivering actionable insights to refine digital strategies.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization Support
Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives including paid search SEO email marketing and social media campaigns.
Work with the Senior Digital Analyst Manager to identify optimization opportunities based on performance data.
Support A/B testing and other initiatives aimed at enhancing user experience and conversion rates.
User Experience & Website Analytics
Utilize tools like Google Analytics to analyze website traffic user behavior and conversion paths.
Provide insights to improve website navigation content placement and overall user experience to maximize engagement and retention.
Collaborate with web developers and ecommerce teams to identify and resolve issues affecting the digital experience.
Data Visualization & Reporting Tools
Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards to visualize digital performance and track KPIs.
Leverage data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to present insights in an accessible format for stakeholders.
Ensure reports and dashboards remain current relevant and aligned with business priorities.
Collaboration & Continuous Learning
Partner with the Senior Digital Analyst Manager finance and ecommerce teams to support digital initiatives.
Contribute actively to team discussions on digital strategy reporting and performance optimization.
Stay informed about emerging digital marketing trends tools and best practices to enhance methodologies and performance.
Experience and Qualifications
23 years of experience in digital analytics or a related field with strong expertise in web analytics digital marketing and conversion tracking.
Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
A degree in Marketing Computer Science Data Science or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with SEO paid media campaigns and website analytics is advantageous.
A proactive team player with a passion for digital marketing and datadriven decisionmaking.
