Aeroflow Health Human Resources Coordinator: Asheville NC

The Opportunity

Within Aeroflow the Human Resources Operations team is responsible for managing many aspects of employee relations for over 1000 employees. Reporting to the HR Manager the HR Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of HR and administrative functions with an overall goal of supporting Aeroflows Mission and delivering worldclass service to our coworkers and customers. In addition to supporting the HR Operations Team the HR Coordinator supports aspects of the entire crossfunctional HR team; including support of efforts in recruiting onboarding training development and employee experience and engagement.

Your Primary Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join the team and help support our employee population. The HR Coordinator is typically responsible for

  • I9 Verifications
  • Coordinate termination paperwork
  • Manage unemployment claims by gathering relevant information providing documentation
  • Provide support to front desk operations by assisting with reception duties including greeting visitors
  • Report on employee birthdays and anniversaries
  • Other reports through HRIS as needed
  • Assist with coordination of benefit invoices
  • Maintain employee files and records in accordance with the law
  • Support employees enrolling in Benefit Bump and other company programs.
  • Resetting HRIS passwords
  • Support leave tracking reminders paperwork
  • File workers comp claims
  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives and employee events as needed
  • Assisting training and development team as needed
  • Ordering office supplies awards posters and other items as needed
  • Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws regulations and policies.
  • Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performance
  • Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality
  • Regular and reliable attendance as assigned by your schedule
  • Other job duties assigned

  • Ability to organize a wide variety of tasks effectively manage your time and prioritize different responsibilities
  • Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization including Clevel executives and external partners.
  • Ability to think independently and critically analyze and solve problems and successfully implement solutions.
  • Possess a strong attention to detail and ability to see projects through to completion.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills; must be flexible and demonstrate the ability to change course quickly as needed while also remaining organized with more structured responsibilities.
  • Eagerness to learn new things and grow a career.

Required Qualifications

  • Associates Degree or Higher Required.
  • 1 Year of administrative office experience or equivalent experience in an educational setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with Google Suite (Sheets Docs Slides etc)

You might also have

  • Experience working in a fastpaced job that requires excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in a role where you were able to deliver worldclass service to customers patients or employees
  • Desire to work in a Human Resources department in a support capacity
