TASQ is currently hiring an accounting staff to work onsite in Pasig ASAP. The prescreening interview will be conducted over the phone so please ensure your phone line is available.
**Position:** Accounting Staff (Pasig)
**Work Arrangement:** Onsite in Pasig
**Shift:** 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (Monday to Friday) & 8:00 AM 3:00 PM (two Saturdays per month)
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Bank Reconciliation & Financial Transactions**
Conduct bank reconciliations for various company accounts
Record daily bank debits related to duties and taxes
Process local check payments to suppliers and ensure proper documentation
2. **Bookkeeping & Journal Entries**
Prepare journal vouchers and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions
Maintain and update accounting ledgers and records
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and relevant financial regulations
3. **Cash Disbursement & Receipt Processing**
Enter daily cash disbursements and receipts into the accounting system
Monitor and verify cash flow transactions for accuracy
Assist in managing petty cash and related disbursement activities
**Qualifications & Requirements:**
Bachelors degree in Accountancy Business Administration (major in Finance or Accounting Management)
12 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping is preferred but not mandatory
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial regulations
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Fresh graduates are welcome especially those with OJT experience related to accounting functions
