Are you ready for an exciting new opportunity in customer service We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Czechspeaking professionals to join our vibrant team in Sofia Bulgaria. As a Customer Support Representative you will be responsible for assisting customers via email chat and phone. Your main focus will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing helpful and efficient solutions to their inquiries.
What Youll Do:
Respond to customer questions via email chat and phone
Provide accurate information about products and services
Troubleshoot customer concerns and offer appropriate solutions
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions
Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance customer experience
Fluent Czech (near native written & verbal)
Strong English skills (written & verbal)
Prior experience in customer service is a plus
Excellent communication & problemsolving abilities
Good computer skills (MS Office CRM knowledge is an advantage)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Fulltime contract with rotating shifts between 8:00 a.m. 10:00 p.m. Monday Sunday
