Job Description
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Technically skilled and experienced in installations and maintenance.
- Valid drivers license.
- Own transport to and from work.
- Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ideally some knowledge but not critical of the following will be an advantage:
- DStv Installations.
- Sound Systems.
- Fiber Optic network distribution installation of cables splicing testing etc.
- Wireless knowledge especially setup of WiFi access Points.
- Excellent trouble shooting skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical installations and maintenance of security systems.
- Install configure and maintain CCTV systems (IP and Analogue).
- Set up and service access control systems (IP and Analogue) with strong focus on Impro and eTag systems.
- Install and maintain gate and garage automation systems (e.g. Centurion ET Hansa).
- Set up and maintain celltogate controllers (e.g. Centurion).
- Install and service intercom systems (IP and Analogue).
- Provide basic user training to clients on installed systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with team members on projects and service tasks.
