We offer our own control brand private label and contract packaging. Requirements

Summary

The role of a Customer Service Analyst is pivotal involving direct interaction with customers. Key responsibilities include efficiently addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. This position is dedicated to delivering exceptional support for specific products and services and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Essential Functions

Proactively monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management.

Efficiently track order progress throughout production and collaborate with various departments for timely processing.

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via email and phone providing exceptional support and timely updates on production.

Address and resolve any issues or concerns from customers promptly and effectively.

Deliver outstanding customer service consistently exceeding expectations.

Manage customer accounts meticulously maintaining accurate records of all interactions including inquiries and complaints.

Thrive in a fastpaced work environment adapting quickly to changing needs.

Provide exemplary support to both internal and external customers.

Contribute to sales and marketing initiatives with a strategic mindset.

Book sales orders accurately and manage shipment routing efficiently.

Create and dispatch invoices to customers without delay.

Equipment Used and Physical Demands

Prolonged sitting is a common requirement for this role.

Occasional physical activities include standing walking climbing balancing stooping kneeling crouching and crawling.

Frequent tasks involve sitting and using hands for finger manipulation and handling.

Regularly employees must reach out with their hands and arms and engage in talking and listening.

Specific vision abilities necessary for the job include close vision distance vision peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to focus.

The regular tasks include typing and filing.

Occasionally employees may need to lift or move items weighing up to 10 pounds; at times items may weigh up to 20 pounds.

Familiarity with personal computers telephones fax machines copy machines and Microsoft Office applications is essential.

Expected Hours of Work

  • MondayFriday 40 hours per week
  • Rarely may require overtime and Saturdays

Required Education and Experience

  • 3 years of customer service experience required.
  • Familiarity with Oracle / NetSuite
  • Proficiency with Excel (23 years preferred).

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree
  • Associate degree or higher preferred
