A growing lead inspection company is seeking a reliable and detailoriented Office Administrator to support daily operations. This role involves general office work coordination between customers and field workers and occasional support with marketing tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized customerfocused and fluent in Spanish. A Public Notary certification is a plus.
Responsibilities Include:
Perform general office administrative tasks such as answering phones managing emails and organizing files.
Coordinate scheduling and communication between clients and field inspectors.
Provide responsive customer service and assist with inquiries and followups.
Support light marketing tasks such as managing social media accounts and updating client materials.
Ensure accurate recordkeeping and data entry.
Assist with internal process tracking and general office efficiency.
Ideal Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Fluent in Spanish (required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office technology.
Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities in a fastpaced environment.
Bonus: Public Notary certification.
