Job Description

Youth Services Supervisor

Night Shift 10 pm 6 am

Please complete a job application on our job portal at Purpose and Objectives:

Train guide and supervise Youth Care Staff/Juvenile Correctional Officers to ensure the health and safety of all youth placed in the Youth Services facility. Ensure compliance with all department and county policies and procedures.

Position Requirements and Qualifications: To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed in the full job description are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Position Requirements:

Bachelors degree preferred. or Some college with one of the following: One (1) year of supervisory experience or
Minimum (2) years experience in residential youth care facility.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Employee is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all certification requirements relative to the position.

Certifications / Licenses:

Possess a valid Kansas drivers license.
