Structural Engineer Project Manager
Minneapolis MN $115 $125k Bonus Hybrid Flexibility

Structural Engineer Project Manager Responsibilities
- Lead and manage structural engineering projects from concept through completion with typical construction values between $1M and $50M.
- Supervise and mentor a team of engineers and designers to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients maintaining strong relationships and ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Oversee scopes budgets and schedules; review project documents for technical accuracy and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on staffing needs team development and strategic project planning.
- Represent the firm in client meetings and industry events assisting with business development and proposal preparation.
Structural Engineer Project Manager Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Structural Civil or Architectural Engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or the ability to obtain licensure within 12 months.
- 8 years of progressive experience in structural engineering for building design; candidates with 510 years will be strongly considered if ready to step into a leadership role.
- Experience working with a variety of building materials including wood masonry and concrete.
- Familiarity with structural analysis tools (RISA RAM or similar) and Revit; handson Revit experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong soft skillseffective communicator team leader and mentor with a passion for building relationships and delivering highquality results.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $115000 $125000 (flexible for highly qualified candidates).
